Booking deposit and cancellation Policies for DestinFlCharterBoats.com

Charter Boat Deposit Policy: All charters require a deposit when booked. Half day trips require the full price as deposit and whole day charters require $1000.00 deposit. Please read the cancellation policy below for the specifics of our cancellation policy. All credit card charges are subject to a 4% credit card fee. By providing us with your credit card number in full along with the security information on your card, you are agreeing to our Reservation and Cancellation Policies.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit is nonrefundable except when trip is cancelled 30 days in advance or when weather conditions will not permit the trip per Captains discretion. If you cancel within 30 days of your trip you will be charged the deposit of full price for a half day and 50% for a full day.
